The story of Shatir Part 1 centers around a newly shifted couple in a new city. Although they seem youthful, they have been married for 8 years. The husband is a working professional, while the wife feels isolated in an unfamiliar place.

Things take a turn when their middle-aged neighbor sets his eyes on the wife, trying to lure her with his charm and manipulations.

Despite his numerous attempts to seduce her, the wife resists. However, the real twist occurs when the neighbor, in an inebriated conversation with her husband, asks the awkward question: “Why don’t you two have kids even after 8 years of marriage?”
